Bleeding Pages operates with strict institutional truthfulness. In direct compliance with Section 9 of our governance charter, we never display misleading claims such as "government approved" or unearned academic badges. Only statutory registrations actually granted by verified authorities are shown below.
In accordance with institutional standards, Bleeding Pages only displays verified legal and bibliographic credentials. Applications for formal statutory registrations (ISSN Online/Print, RNI, and ISBN prefixes) are currently progressing through their respective governmental and international allotment bodies.

Institutional Compliance Policy
- ISSN (International Standard Serial Number): Assigned by the National Science Library / NIScPR for serials. Displayed only once official certificate is issued.
- ISBN (International Standard Book Number): Assigned via Raja Rammohun Roy National Agency for our annual print anthology volumes.
- RNI (Registrar of Newspapers for India): Applicable for periodical print editions under the Press and Registration of Books Act.
- Crossref Publisher Membership: Digital Object Identifier (DOI) prefix allotment for scholarly citation linking.
